Social services available by previous arrangement only

Dear clients,

we would like to inform you that personal consultations of our social councelling service are avaliable by previous arrangement only. To make an appointment, please, contact us at poradenstvi@meta-ops.cz or via phone numbers or e-mails of our social workers.

Office hours for consultations

• Monday 1PM–7PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10AM–5PM.

In case you cannot reach us by phone due to social workers having consultations or meetings at the moment, write us an email at poradenstvi@meta-ops.cz. We usually process emails within 3 to 7 work days.
